The ‘Transformation of Worth Process’ uses Integrative Therapy. Integrative Therapy works with both the conscious and the unconscious parts of our mind; to deal with and overcome the challenges we are experiencing within our relationships.
Integrative Therapy is a ‘psychodynamic approach’. An approach which considers the psychological forces that underlie human behaviour, feelings and emotions and how they relate to early life experiences.
Integrative Therapy involves the Psychotherapist drawing on a variation of techniques from different ‘schools of thought’:
Psychodynamic- (Gestalt Therapy, Life Story Work);
Psychoanalytic- (Transactional Analysis- Parks Inner Child Therapy;
Adaptive Information Processing Therapy (CBT Based)-Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy; Brain Spotting and Integral Eye Movements).
